18k Large Astrid Bracelet

The 18K Astrid Bracelet unites astronomy, poetry, and craft. Along the outer band, the classic planetary symbols are engraved in order of their distance from the sun. Between the Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Earth, brilliant diamonds mark the inner orbits. Farther from the sun’s light, blue sapphires trace the paths of the Moon, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. Inside the bracelet lies a hidden, intimate detail: the final verse of Dante Alighieri’s Divine Comedy - “Amor che move il sole e l’altre stelle” (“Love moves the sun and the other stars”). After Dante’s journey through the Inferno, Purgatorio, and into the heights of Paradiso, he arrives at the ultimate truth: Love is the force that moves all things.
